Technologically it's not that ground breaking, except for one crucial component: a gun stabilizer. This tank initially had a 2-plane stabilizer, meaning the gun would keep it's position even if the hull turned or the tank drove over terrain. Although due to technical issues, it was changed to a simpler, yet still capable, 1-plane stabilizer meaning the gun would keep level even when driving over bumpy terrain. Still, this tank is the first operational Shitsvillian tank to have a stabilizer, and probably the first that can fire reasonably accurately on the move due to that component. It has a 125mm smoothbore cannon, and it's main armament is HEAT-FS due to that fact that it can be used both as an anti-personnel round, and as an armor penetrating round. The tank has decent armor capable of surviving an RPG hit. It's front armor is angled 45 degrees in an effort to cause ricochets. It has additional spall liners inside the tank defeating any possible shrapnel too. The tank can be outfitted with additional armor if necessary as seen on the SV-3A3 upgrade, where there are additional panels mounted to the turret. The tank is also only manned by one crew member due to the fact that the turret is completely remote. The advantage of this is that it increases survivability, because it can take hits to the turret without injuring any crew members. This is in contrast to the SV-01 which had two crew members, one driver and one gunner. The tank also features a small 7.62 coaxial machine gun for anti-personnel use. It has an 800 horsepower, 6 liter V-6 engine giving it a speed of 40km/h both in forward and reverse, giving it good mobility. It's suspension is a lever suspension, which does make bumps a bit rough for the crew, although the accuracy is not reduced due to the gun stabilizer. |

The SV-3 is a main battle tank developed by the Rotten Design Bureau. It's the most modern tank in the Shitsvillian arsenal, and also the newest. It is combat ready, but is yet to see any real combat.
