MisleadingName (preferably misname) is a Slugcat, a former member of Eathan's Realm, and a current but very sporadically active member of WORST SERVER EVER. She is primarily active around AndrewEathan's other projects.
History
misname joined Eathan's Realm on December 18th, 2022[note 1] [unconfirmed] after expressing interest in Andrew's DATA DRIVE project during a conversation in "the gater server," after Andrew's decision to stop working on GWater. She was fairly active in ER until its dissolution in favor of WSE. However, her activity declined as cultural changes, such as those brought about by Shitsville, made it difficult for her to fit in within the community of WSE.[1]
"The Gater Server"
The Gater Server (now known as A.I.D.S.) was a Discord server that served as the main discussion center for GWater. On June 25th, 2022, during a conversation between misname and Andrew, DATA WING was mentioned.[citation needed] This led Andrew to tell her about DATA DRIVE. Sometime later,[note 1] he invited her to join ER.
AugmentorLib
AugmentorLib is an upcoming library and modding API for AndrewEathan's Unity3D title, DATA DRIVE. Development began on January 2nd, 2024, with the first proof of concept posted on January 9th, 2024.[2] It's currently on hiatus as of the time of writing.
Return to the community
Recently, she has resumed activity within the WSE community on the 3rd WSE Lifesteal Minecraft server. Her involvement is mainly within a Cold War with Shitsville. This return was primarily motivated by a desire to establish her place in the community and to engage with Minecraft after an extended hiatus.[3]
