Nova Broadcast
The Nova Broadcast Group or just Nova Broadcast is a Shitsvillian radio and television group responsible for all radio and television broadcasting in the federation and also media production. It was founded in 2025 as an effort to promote nationalism and national unity through programming promoting the nation. Most of the operations of the Nova Broadcasting Group are television broadcasts, making up around 77% of all content produced by the group. This is due to the higher propaganda potential of video content compared to radio broadcasting and due to the fact that Shitsville lacks capability to produce music.
Specifications
The Nova Radio channel operates on 80Mhz FM, but has operated all across the VHF band due to no other radio station limiting their possible broadcast slots and due to the fact that the military uses the HF band for communication. Most, if not all programming on the channel is music approved by the Nova Broadcasting Group and occasional public announcements. The Nova Television channel or Nova-1 for short operates on Shitsville Standard Channel 1 (6Mhz). The channel begins broadcasting at 10:00 Central Federal Time with a test card and a short clip of footage recorded in Realmcity, the Federal Aeronautics Centre and Vyten with the Shitsville flag appearing near the end and the portrait of the Supreme Leader, Novaray, appearing shortly after. The broadcasting will be all sorts of documentaries and other miscellaneous content until about 14:00 Central Federal Time, when it switches to the news. The news go on for about 2 hours, and regular programming resumes until 22:00 Central Federal Time when the end of the day sign-off plays with the Shitsvillian anthem playing with patriotic imagery.
